The entire network maintains momentum in transmission quality growth, ready to accelerate in the final weeks of the Campaign.

Last week, the entire network continued to maintain its growth momentum in delivery quality, creating an important foundation for Vietnam Post to strengthen its determination to successfully achieve the goals in the final weeks of the "81 Days of On-Time Matching - Fast Delivery" campaign.

During week 49 (December 4-10, 2025), the network-wide successful transmission rate within 14 hours reached 71.1%, a further increase of 0.3% compared to the previous week. Many units maintained a weekly rate above 75%, including: Ho Chi Minh City (85.3%); Hanoi (83.3%); Long An (80.9%); Binh Phuoc (79%); Ba Ria Vung Tau (77.5%); Cao Bang (77.3%); Tay Ninh (76.5%); and Thanh Hoa (75.7%).

The percentage of successful transmissions over the past 14 hours over the past weeks.

Notably, four post offices, including Linh Son, Bao Hoa, Tuong Binh Hiep Post Office, and Dong Phu Post Office, maintained a delivery rate above 90% for three consecutive weeks, contributing to the overall stability of the entire network.

On December 10th, several localities achieved a daily rate above 80%, including: Long An (82.9%); Ho Chi Minh City (87%); Ba Ria-Vung Tau (87.1%); Hanoi (87.6%); Cao Bang (85.9%); Hai Phong (%); Dong Thap (%); Ha Giang (83.8%); Binh Thuan (80.1%); Quang Tri (%); Vinh Phuc (%); Tay Ninh (%); Quang Ninh (%); Binh Phuoc (82.2%); Kien Giang (%); Hai Duong (%); Quang Ngai (80%); Ninh Binh (81.5%); Dien Bien (82.5%); Da Nang (83.1%).

Alongside improvements in delivery quality, the number of mail items remaining undelivered for more than 36 hours also decreased by 41%, from 140,079 to 82,544 (based on the TMS scan on November 30th). This is clear evidence of the efforts to control the flow of goods and tighten procedures at many units.

Another highlight of the past week was the continued strong increase in QR payment rates, with over 53,000 parcels paid via QR code, a 198% increase compared to week 48. The total payment amount reached over 35 billion VND, a 202% increase from the previous week. As of December 10th, the percentage of payments made via QR code reached 8.01%, a 6.31% increase compared to December 3rd. Many localities have effectively implemented this payment method, including Dong Nai, Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Ninh, and Dien Bien.

To acknowledge these positive results, we must mention the dedicated postal workers. In Dong Nai, Mr. Le Tri Hieu maintained a delivery rate of over 90% throughout October and November, lasting 11 hours. With a positive spirit, Mr. Hieu is one of the enthusiastic postal workers who embraced QR code payments, believing it to be the most convenient and secure method for both postal workers and customers, as postal workers no longer need to carry cash to transaction points. He also proactively and creatively handles his work, flexibly combining cash and QR code payments to shorten processing time, reduce paperwork, and improve efficiency.

In Dien Bien, despite the remote location (up to 40km round trip) and unfavorable weather conditions (risk of landslides and slippery conditions due to rain and floods), An Van Tuan maintained a transmission quality of over 85% for 11 hours, achieving top cashback rewards across the entire network.

The entire Vietnam Post network is entering the final phase of the campaign with the highest level of determination. With a vibrant competitive spirit, delivery quality is the top priority, aiming to successfully achieve the campaign's goals in the final weeks.
