Paying out life insurance benefits to customers in Cao Bang.

On December 9, 2025, the Cao Bang Provincial Post Office, in coordination with the Nguyen Binh Regional Post Office and Dai-ichi Life Vietnam Insurance Company, paid out insurance benefits worth 210 million VND to Mr. Phan Ngoc Mang, residing in Nguyen Binh commune, who was diagnosed with a critical illness. Mr. Mang had purchased insurance in 2018 with an annual premium of 6 million VND and received his benefits as per the signed contract.

This payment was made quickly and in accordance with the process, demonstrating the commitment of Vietnam Post and Dai-ichi Life to protect customers' rights against unexpected risks. The timely support helps Mr. Mang have more conditions for treatment, while reducing the financial burden on his family during this difficult period.

Sharing at the payment ceremony, Mr. Phan Ngoc Mang expressed his emotions: “I would like to send my sincere thanks to Vietnam Post and the consulting team, who have guided and supported me very wholeheartedly. The transparent and quick settlement of benefits has made my family feel much more secure. This is truly an important support during our most difficult times.”

The representative of Cao Bang Provincial Post Office said that paying insurance benefits correctly, sufficiently and promptly is always the priority principle of the unit, in order to strengthen people's trust in life insurance products provided by Vietnam Post. The representative emphasized that each case of payment is not only a responsibility to execute the contract but also a sharing, demonstrating the social security role that the Post Office is striving to preserve and promote.
