On December 8, 2025, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee signed a Decision promulgating the List of Decisions of the Provincial People's Committee assigned to provide detailed regulations in accordance with the 2006 Dyke Law and Government Decree No. 32/2019/ND-CP (amended and supplemented by Decree 111/2025/ND-CP).
The list includes two legal documents to be issued in 2026, focusing on regulations for dike protection corridors and economic -technical norms for establishing water source protection corridors.
The full and timely issuance of the aforementioned documents will contribute to perfecting the legal framework, enhancing the effectiveness of state management, and ensuring the safety of dikes and water resources in the province.
