For Christmas trees, vendors display a variety of sizes, some domestically produced, but also some imported varieties with many new and attractive designs. Miniature real or plastic Christmas trees are priced from 70,000 to 500,000 VND/tree; trees about 1 meter tall cost from 600,000 to 2.2 million VND/tree; and larger trees over 1.5 meters tall range from 3 million VND to tens of millions VND/tree. Although there are real and imported Christmas trees, their high prices deter many buyers.

Not only Christmas trees, but also accompanying accessories such as reindeer, wall stickers, Santa Claus figurines... have different prices. For example, decorative baubles cost 50,000 - 100,000 VND, wreaths 140,000 - 500,000 VND/item, tinsel 15,000 - 120,000 VND/strand (depending on type and size), children's outfits around 80,000 - 250,000 VND/set, Christmas ornaments are sold from 60,000 - 400,000 VND/set (10 - 20 ornaments), and Christmas-themed wall stickers also cost from 300,000 - 800,000 VND/sheet...

A new trend this Christmas is the color of the decorations. Instead of just red, green, gold, and pink like in previous years, the new color palette for decorations this year is dark brown and light brown. According to retailers, glitter ornaments and ribbons in these colors create a luxurious and eye-catching look for this year's Christmas decorations.

Ms. Tran Thi Hong Ha, owner of an accessories shop in Buon Ma Thuot ward, said: "To make it convenient for customers, in addition to Christmas trees and separate accessories, the store also has pre-decorated Christmas trees in various sizes to serve individual customers who don't have time to decorate them, or agencies, businesses, restaurants, etc."

Besides shopping at physical stores, many customers choose e-commerce channels to browse and select Christmas decorations for their homes and businesses. Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam Giang from Binh Kien ward said: “E-commerce websites are always updated to meet market demands, currently for Christmas decorations. The products offered are diverse, with many price ranges to suit different needs. Recently, I bought some inexpensive accessories, including three Christmas-themed table runners to decorate my home this Christmas season.”

According to observations at accessory shops, the prices of Christmas decorations this year are not much different from last year, but demand from buyers has decreased somewhat. Nevertheless, with the chilly weather, the demand for taking photos and capturing Christmas moments at shops and cafes creates a warm atmosphere, making everyone feel that Christmas is truly just around the corner.
