Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Chi Linh City won the online administrative reform contest

Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung emphasized that administrative reform is an important task in the current context of streamlining the apparatus.

On the afternoon of January 2, the Organizing Committee of the Online Contest to promote administrative reform in Hai Duong province summarized the contest and awarded prizes to groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in the contest.

As a result, for the block of departments, branches and sectors, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism won first prize, the Department of Home Affairs won second prize, and the Department of Education and Training won third prize.

In the block of districts, towns and cities, Chi Linh city won first prize, Kim Thanh district won second prize, Hai Duong city won third prize.

Awarding certificates of merit to groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing and implementing the competition

The Organizing Committee awarded 11 individuals who won prizes at the competition. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hao, teacher of Thanh Binh Primary School, won first prize. Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, Hai Duong Cheo Theatre and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan, Office of the Department of Home Affairs shared second prize; 3 individuals won third prize, 5 individuals won consolation prizes.

With positive contributions in implementing and organizing the contest, 4 collectives and 6 individuals of the province were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, assessed that the first online contest to propagate administrative reform in Hai Duong province was successful, leaving good echoes and playing an important role in propagating administrative reform.

Awarding prizes to the winners of the competition

On behalf of the Provincial People's Committee and the Organizing Committee of the contest, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee commended the agencies, units and individuals with outstanding achievements and positive contributions to the contest. However, some groups and individuals still have limitations.

Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung emphasized that administrative reform is an important task in streamlining the apparatus and determined that organizing a contest to learn about administrative reform work is a key task, aiming to become a regular activity and mandatory requirement for the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees.

This is a broad political activity for all cadres, civil servants and public employees of the province to learn and promptly update knowledge and regulations of the Party and State, to better serve the local administrative reform.

At the same time, use the contest results as one of the important criteria to consider the evaluation and classification results of year-end administrative reform work of localities and units.
