Exciting program "Solid rear, steadfast frontline"

TTH.VN - On April 25, the Women's Union of the City Military Command coordinated with the Women's Union of the Internal Affairs Emulation Bloc to organize the program "Solid rear, steadfast frontline", visiting, giving gifts, and encouraging officers and soldiers who are performing the task of training new soldiers at Infantry Battalion 1, Regiment 6.

Women's force helps sew clothes for soldiers

Cadres and women's union members of the units, along with the mothers of the soldiers, were present at the training ground, taking advantage of the break time to chat, encourage, give cool drinks, cakes, milk to the cadres and soldiers, and participate in cultural exchanges to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere... In the program "Love is sent in every needle and thread", the sisters also took the opportunity to sew up the soldiers' torn clothes, broken buttons, or loose threads so that the new soldiers can confidently perform their duties well.

At the Battalion's kitchen, women also organized the program "Warmth of the Home Front", directly entering the kitchen to prepare food and take care of meals for the entire unit with more than 400 people thoughtfully and warmly.

Over the past years, the Military Women's Union has coordinated with women and youth unions at all levels and sectors to organize the program "Solid rear, steadfast frontline" with many good results. Thereby, contributing to motivating new recruits to study, train, and excellently complete all assigned tasks, while effectively implementing the emulation movement "Military women actively unite - innovate, successfully complete the task of building happy families, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers".
