A flower field brimming with the atmosphere of spring, recently opened in the Van Phuc urban area (formerly Thu Duc City), is becoming an attractive destination in the early days of the year.

The spacious area, overflowing with colorful flowers of many different species, attracts many families, groups of young people, and tourists who come to visit and take photos from morning to evening.

Spanning a vast area, more than a dozen types of flowers are planted in separate sections, from the vibrant yellow of sunflowers to shades of pink, orange, red, and purple, creating eye-catching visual displays.

Many families from neighboring areas took advantage of the weekend to visit. Mr. Vo Hoang Nhat and Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Na (residents of Lai Thieu ward) shared: “We came here on a weekend afternoon to admire the flowers and take some commemorative photos. The atmosphere is very fresh, many kinds of flowers are in full bloom, so walking around feels warm and truly festive.”

The spacious setting, along with traditional Tet-themed decorations such as red couplets, lanterns, and watermelons, has transformed this place into an ideal "check-in" spot for those who want to capture spring memories.

Having learned about the flower field through social media, Ms. Le Thi Thu Hang (a resident of Hanh Thong ward) took advantage of the weekend to visit and take pictures. “I was quite surprised by its larger scale than I imagined; the flowers are planted in wide patches, so every angle is beautiful for photos. Walking through the flower field, I felt the Tet atmosphere more clearly, and my mood was lighter and more relaxed after a busy year,” Ms. Hang shared.

The garden space is harmoniously arranged with many themed flower planting areas, notably featuring flowers that bloom profusely in spring such as sunflowers, cosmos, and petunias, creating vibrant splashes of color in the urban landscape.

The flower fields are ablaze with various types of flowers, especially the vibrant sunflowers. The organizers have also arranged miniature scenes recreating the atmosphere of traditional Tet (Lunar New Year) celebrations from North to South, creating a scene that is both familiar and full of the spirit of spring.

Besides the flower viewing area, the complex also features food stalls offering regional specialties and traditional craft products for visitors.

According to reports, from the very first days of its opening, Van Phuc flower garden has attracted a large number of people in Ho Chi Minh City to visit, especially in the cool mornings and afternoons. Many people believe it is a suitable check-in spot during Tet, offering a green space and a sense of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of urban life.
