Preventing traffic congestion to facilitate the 10th grade entrance exam in Ho Chi Minh City.

TPO - In order to ensure traffic order and safety and create favorable conditions for candidates participating in the 10th grade entrance exam, the traffic police force of Ho Chi Minh City Police Department has implemented many traffic regulation and flow management plans before and during the exam.

On June 1st, the Ho Chi Minh City police announced that the entrance exam for 10th grade is an important educational event, attracting the attention of a large number of students, parents, and society.

To ensure that candidates arrive at the examination sites safely and on time, the traffic police proactively reviewed the traffic situation in the examination areas, developed plans to assign forces on key roads, intersections with high traffic density, and areas surrounding the examination sites.

During the exam days, traffic police intensified patrols, controls, and traffic management to promptly handle any arising situations and prevent prolonged traffic congestion that could affect the travel of candidates and parents.

In addition, traffic police, in coordination with local police, youth volunteer forces, volunteer teams, and relevant units, organized traffic flow management and regulation at examination sites. Task forces were also ready to assist candidates and parents in emergencies such as getting lost, vehicle breakdowns, forgotten examination documents, or other unexpected incidents.

Regarding the transportation of exam papers and answer sheets, the authorities have also implemented measures to ensure safety and smooth operation throughout the entire route.

During the exam period, traffic police intensified mobile patrols on major roads, focusing on strictly handling violations that directly lead to accidents and traffic congestion, such as illegal parking, driving in the wrong lane, failing to obey traffic lights, and other traffic safety violations.

The Ho Chi Minh City Police Department's Traffic Police recommends that parents and candidates proactively check exam location information, choose a suitable route, and depart earlier than planned to prevent any unforeseen situations on the road. When dropping off and picking up their children at exam locations, parents should comply with the instructions of the authorities, and not stop or park their vehicles on the road or in locations that obstruct traffic or affect the exam area.

According to the Ho Chi Minh City police, the proactive approach of law enforcement agencies and the public's compliance with the law will contribute to ensuring smooth and safe traffic, creating the best conditions for candidates to enter the exam with confidence and achieve high results.
