The winning work will be published in the People's Representative Newspaper from November 4 to November 8, 2024.
Faced with the need to innovate and improve the quality of operations of elected bodies in the new situation; stemming from the fact that Yen Bai is a poor mountainous province, often affected by natural disasters, floods, and climate change. Through many successive terms, the Provincial Party Committee and People's Council have always wondered how to develop the economy , society, and improve the material and spiritual life of the people. Yen Bai has started with a breakthrough in mechanisms and policies, which is to issue a Resolution for implementation.
The work has reflected the practice of issuing hundreds of resolutions of the Yen Bai Provincial People's Council since the beginning of the term; selected a number of specific and clear examples to prove: Resolutions must be born from practice; first of all, to serve the people and for the people's lives. This is also the direction of General Secretary To Lam : Sticking closely to practice, standing on the practical land of Vietnam and localities to build appropriate legal regulations.
At the same time, the work affirms: If cadres have a heart, people will be happy. People's satisfaction and happiness with their own lives is a measure of the activities of the Party Committee and the government.
