Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the responsibility to the Department of Health to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Association of Traditional Medicine, the Provincial Inspectorate, the Provincial Steering Committee 389 and relevant agencies, units and localities to promote state management in the field of traditional medicine and pharmacy in a timely, appropriate, strict, synchronous, unified, effective and in accordance with regulations. At the same time, strengthen the inspection, examination and review of organizations and individuals operating in the field of traditional medicine and pharmacy in the province; resolutely handle violations in accordance with the provisions of law and fully implement the instructions of the Ministry of Health ; report the implementation results and proactively advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to consider and direct the work according to the prescribed authority in August 2025.

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee received an official dispatch from the Ministry of Health regarding the above content. According to the Ministry of Health, recently, in some localities, there has been a situation where individuals have called themselves "miracle doctors" or "healers" to organize medical examinations and treatments in violation of regulations, and a situation where some medical examination and treatment facilities continue to operate in violation of regulations without a legal technical person in charge, posing many potential risks to people's health and causing public outrage. In order to rectify and strengthen state management in the field of traditional medicine and pharmacy, the Ministry of Health requests the People's Committees of provinces and cities and the Vietnam Oriental Medicine Association to direct the Department of Health to preside over and coordinate with local functional units to strengthen inspection, examination, and review of individuals and organizations conducting medical examinations and treatments, especially in the above cases.
