Enhancing the technological application capabilities of staff

70 officials and civil servants directly involved in implementing the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas received training on the application of information technology and digital transformation in their work.

The training conference commenced on the morning of December 17th, organized by the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions in collaboration with Digital Connection Solutions Equipment Co., Ltd.

70 delegates, all officials and civil servants directly involved in implementing the National Target Program, received training and guidance on applying information technology and digital transformation.

Over two days (December 17th and 18th), delegates received training on four topics: Awareness and the role of information technology; Application of digital technology for work and interaction; Digital transformation and application of information technology; Artificial intelligence and some local applications.

The training conference is one of the components of Project 10, Sub-project 2 “Application of information technology to support socio -economic development and ensure security and order in ethnic minority and mountainous areas”, under the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in 2025.

Local officials and civil servants gained a lot of useful knowledge at the conference.

Through the conference, officials and civil servants directly involved in implementing the Program received training and updated knowledge on science and technology , thereby enhancing their capacity to apply and utilize information technology to serve the socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous regions. In particular, it contributed to promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation in the implementation of the National Target Program for the period 2021-2030.
