Keysight Technologies has announced a major enhancement to its PXE Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Receiver, adding real-time continuous measurement capabilities with up to 1 GHz bandwidth to its wideband Time Domain Scan (TDS) functionality.
The new PXE Receiver allows engineers to measure frequencies from 30 MHz to 1 GHz in just one measurement step instead of three steps as with the previous version. This advanced feature provides high sensitivity, facilitates faster diagnostics, and significantly shortens the electromagnetic compliance (EMC) validation and certification processes.
As development cycles and new product launches continue to increase, EMC certification testing is quickly becoming a bottleneck for manufacturers. The challenge for engineers to identify and resolve EMI anomalies arising from complex electronic designs is increasing. Keysight’s new PXE EMI Receiver addresses these challenges directly by significantly improving test bandwidth, reducing debugging time, and optimizing EMC chamber utilization.
PXE EMI Receiver enables faster testing and troubleshooting: 1 GHz TDS band and independent stream processor (N9048BSPU) speed up testing and reduce troubleshooting time from hours to minutes.
Reliable, real-time measurement results: 1 GHz real-time scanning bandwidth ensures continuous measurement and does not miss transients or low-intensity EMI signals.
Regulatory Compliance: Fully compliant with CISPR 16-1-1:2019, in line with the latest global standards on EMC.
Keysight's PXE EMI Receiver sets a new standard for accurate performance and productivity, empowering engineering teams and labs to confidently and quickly address challenging EMC challenges.
The PXE EMI Receiver will be exhibited at Techno-Frontier 2025, held from July 23-25 in Tokyo at TOYO Corporation's booth 3-GG04.
