
According to the report, the Provincial Land Development Center has received 30 properties (houses and land) and is completing the procedures for receiving the remaining 3. After review, 10 properties were proposed for management and exploitation under Government Decree 108; 22 properties were allocated or leased under the Land Law and have been submitted to the competent authorities for consideration. One property was relocated to serve as the headquarters of the Kon Tum Regional Branch of the Land Development Center.
Regarding land use rights auctions, the Center has been assigned to carry out 45 projects with a total expected revenue of over 1,884 billion VND. Currently, some projects have completed the determination of starting prices, approved plans, and are eligible to hold auctions.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Sam requested that departments, agencies, and localities complete the handling of surplus land and buildings by June, putting them into efficient use to avoid loss and waste of public assets. He also urged the acceleration of procedures for 22 facilities to comply with the Land Law. Furthermore, he called for speeding up the auctioning of eligible projects, striving to complete the 2026 land revenue collection plan, and contributing to the efficient exploitation of land resources for socio -economic development.
