Accordingly, the project with the highest investment of nearly 3,700 billion VND is the project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 342 invested by the People's Committee of Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, which is being implemented and is expected to be completed in 2027. The project is expected to promote regional connectivity, narrow regional disparities, and the gap between rich and poor areas of Ha Long City and Ba Che District.

The second largest investment project is the construction of a road connecting National Highway 279, Quang Ninh Province to Provincial Road 291, Thanh Luan Commune, Son Dong District, Bac Giang Province with a total length of about 8.1 km and an investment capital of about 1,455 billion VND. It is expected that by 2026, Quang Ninh Province will complete and put the road into use.
The remaining two projects include: the third project is to renovate and upgrade provincial road 345 with the scale of a grade 3 mountainous road, the total length of the route is nearly 11 km in Dong Trieu town, Quang Ninh province. The estimated investment of the project is about 356 billion VND, implemented in the period of 2023-2025.
The investment project to build provincial road 327, from the intersection of Quang Ninh provincial gate to the main road of Dong Trieu town center, has a length of nearly 12 km, with an estimated investment capital of nearly 670 billion VND.
The above projects aim to contribute to the completion of the internal transport system of Quang Ninh province, helping people to travel and trade more conveniently. At the same time, creating inter-regional connections between Quang Ninh province and neighboring localities to promote rapid and sustainable socio -economic development.
