Ship KN 290 is ready to participate in the sea parade on the occasion of National Day September 2

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, for the first time in history, Vietnam organized a parade at sea with the participation of the following forces: Navy, Coast Guard, Fisheries Surveillance, Naval Air Force... In that formation, ship KN 290 of Fisheries Surveillance Squadron No. 2 (belonging to the Vietnam Fisheries Surveillance Force) was honored to be assigned to carry out this special political mission.

Identifying this as a great honor and at the same time an important political responsibility, the staff and fisheries inspectors of the KN 290 ship are urgently completing all preparations, from technical assurance, logistics to training and team formation exercises at sea.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Lai, Party Secretary of Fisheries Control Team No. 2, said: “All officers and employees have been fully informed about the political significance, mission requirements and the highest sense of responsibility. The contents of training, ship maintenance, equipment inspection, preparation of supplies, food, fuel, etc. are all implemented synchronously, thoroughly, and in accordance with procedures, ensuring that the ship reaches the highest state of readiness.”

On board the KN 290 in recent days, the working atmosphere has been serious and urgent. Under the hot summer sun, the fisheries inspectors have been diligently painting and repairing the ship, maintaining the engine, checking specialized equipment... to ensure that every detail meets technical and aesthetic standards. At the same time, logistics, medical , and maritime safety work has also been carried out seriously, meeting the conditions of long journeys and being ready to respond to any arising situations.

Fisheries inspector Nguyen Danh Luong shared: “We consider this not only a professional task but also a sacred political responsibility. Every action and every detail of preparation is aimed at contributing to building a professional, disciplined and courageous image of the Vietnamese Fisheries Inspectorate on this important occasion of the nation.”

Along with technical work, training and practice of the mobile formation in coordination with the forces at sea were carried out seriously. Each position and each movement were thoroughly practiced to ensure accuracy, synchronization, smooth coordination and unity between the forces in the parade formation.

Captain Dinh Hoang Giang affirmed: “Immediately after receiving the mission, we have comprehensively deployed all tasks with the spirit of urgency, determination and the highest responsibility. Up to now, the KN 290 ship is ready to leave the port, train with the forces at sea to participate in the parade in absolutely safe conditions.”
