The 29-year-old South Korean golfer is dreaming of his first major. He has won four PGA Tour events in his career – most recently the Sony Open in Hawaii in 2023.
On Saturday, experts call it “Moving Day” – the pivotal day that will decide the race for the 2025 PGA Championship title.

The championship race in the 107th edition of the PGA Championship features Scottie Scheffler and Max Homa, who are currently tied at -5.
Bryson DeChambeau came out on top with a score of -3. Meanwhile, Rory McIlroy played better in the opening round and passed the cut with a score of +1.
Several of the 16 LIV Golf players left the tournament early after failing to make the cut, including Cameron Smith (+7), Phil Mickelson (+9), Brooks Koepka (+9) and Dustin Johnson (+12).
