Tay Ninh applies 2 parallel price lists for land types

According to information from the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Tay Ninh province will continue to apply two parallel price lists for land types every 5 years until the end of 2025.

Specifically, the land price list issued by the People's Committee of the former Long An province will continue to be implemented in the localities of the former Long An province. At the same time, the localities of the former Tay Ninh province will continue to implement the land price list previously issued by the People's Committee of the former Tay Ninh province.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment informed that this application aims to create favorable conditions for people and businesses, as well as to quickly and effectively receive and process land-related documents of state agencies.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is developing and submitting to the Provincial People's Committee to issue a price list of land types in Tay Ninh province for uniform application from January 1, 2026./.
