The Con Vanh Golf Course Project invested by Hoang Huy Urban and Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company was approved by the People's Committee of Thai Binh province in January 2025 with a land use area of nearly 110 hectares and a total investment of VND 2,156 billion.
The project includes a 27-hole international standard golf course, an executive house, a resort, a luxury hotel, a practice field, a technical maintenance house, along with a system of technical infrastructure, trees, parking lots and other synchronous utilities.

When put into operation, the Con Vanh Golf Course Project will bring great socio -economic efficiency, turning the saltwater wetland into a large-scale sports project, a high-class entertainment, tourism and resort area, attracting domestic and international tourists, contributing to the formation of a high-quality coastal service ecosystem, contributing to promoting investment attraction in the Economic Zone.
At the same time, it brings a large budget revenue for the locality. According to preliminary calculations, the average annual tax revenue is nearly 250 billion VND, creating jobs for nearly 300 people, half of whom are local, increasing the value of the land fund in the planning area and real estate in neighboring areas, promoting economic development. Realizing the goal of making tourism and sports of the province a key economic sector, contributing to preserving the natural landscape and environmental values of the area.

The Ba Lat Liquid Cargo Port Construction Investment Project, invested by Phu Thanh Group Joint Stock Company, was approved by the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Thai Binh Province from November 2024, on an area of nearly 7 hectares, with a total investment of 278 billion VND.
The project includes a specialized wharf to receive ships with a capacity of up to 3,000 tons, a warehouse system for storing liquid goods such as gasoline, chemicals, a modern receiving, transit and pipeline system, along with auxiliary technical works and traffic infrastructure directly connected to coastal roads and key industrial zones.
This is a specialized port serving liquid cargo in Thai Binh, playing a role in the supply chain of energy and raw materials for industrial development in Thai Binh Economic Zone. Promoting inland waterway transport, creating conditions for businesses to export and import goods and equipment for economic development. At the same time, exploiting the potential advantages of the locality with coastal estuaries.
