In the first 6 months of this year, Thai Nguyen's digital economy achieved positive results. Total digital economic revenue in the area is estimated at 357 trillion VND (more than 15 billion USD), an increase of 50% over the same period in 2022.

Of which, revenue from the manufacturing of electronic products, computers and optical products is estimated at 340 trillion VND (about 14.3 billion USD); revenue from the manufacturing of electrical equipment is estimated at 17 trillion VND (about 0.7 billion USD).
Currently, the province has 324 digital technology enterprises. The authorities have deployed support for nearly 4,000 installations of copyrighted software for business administration, electronic invoices, restaurant management, service accounting, digital signatures, etc. to support businesses and business households in digital transformation to serve economic development.
In addition, the Thai Nguyen province E-commerce trading floor at www.thainguyentrade.vn has had over 2,600 products updated. The floor has been integrated into the C-ThaiNguyen application. From January 1, 2023 to now, Thai Nguyen has had 71 agricultural products posted on 2 e-commerce floors (Postmart, Vo so). The total number of transactions on these 2 floors reached 1,530 transactions.
