In recent days, the BTS fan community has been "boiling" when an old song of the group reached number 1 on the global iTunes chart. Notably, the person who contributed to the success of that song is Thanh Bui.
After BTS members joined the military , this is probably the "gift" that the Army (BTS fan community name) made for their idols.
Specifically, on January 21, Danger reached the top position of the iTunes Global Chart (international chart of the online music shopping platform iTunes) in 31 countries. And on January 22, Danger also appeared at number 2 on the European iTunes Song. These achievements are milestones for Danger as it is the first time the song has achieved such a respectable position since its release - in 2014.
In 2014, BTS was not yet one of the names representing Korean music on the international stage like it is now, but Danger , co-written by Thanh Bui with Pharrell Williams and BTS members, was a big mark for Thanh Bui himself, as well as Vietnamese audiences.

Before the news that Danger was promoted after 10 years, artist Thanh Bui shared his memories when composing this song. "The first time I wrote Danger with BTS, I felt that they were very talented people. There was always a very magical connection between you guys.
The second time I saw BTS at the Grammys, you guys were much more famous and sat in the front row. When I called out RM and V's names as I approached you guys, the bodyguard stopped me. But right then you guys told the bodyguard: 'No No! Our friend. Thanh Bui'.
According to Thanh Bui, he felt very warm and grateful for BTS's attitude, even when they had come so far, they still respected him like the first day.
