Establish 146 inspection teams to prepare for exams, invigilate exams, and grade high school graduation exams

Accordingly, this agency will establish 15 inspection teams for exam preparation at 30 Departments of Education and Training (not including the delegations of the Minister and the National Steering Committee) in the 3 regions of North, Central and South. The inspection time is expected from June 10 to June 23.

For exam supervision, the Ministry established 63 direct inspection teams at 63 departments of education and training and arranged at least 2 officers to directly inspect during exam supervision at an exam site.

For exam marking, the Ministry of Education and Training established 63 direct inspection teams at 63 departments of education and training, each team of 3-5 people mobilized by the Ministry from departments of education and training and training institutions.

For the exam review, the Ministry will establish 5 inspection teams at 10 departments of education and training.

In addition to the inspection teams of the Ministry, there are also inspection teams of the Departments of Education and Training. In the examination work, the Department establishes an inspection team to supervise the examination of the Examination Council and examination sites. The minimum number of staff in the direct inspection team at an examination site is implemented according to the following principles: for less than 20 examination rooms, at least 2 people; for 20-40 examination rooms, at least 3 people; for 41 examination rooms or more, at least 4 people.

The Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Education and Training shall establish an inspection team of at least 5 people/team to inspect the organization of writing essay test papers, grading essay tests, grading multiple-choice tests, and the merging of test papers and entering test scores by the Examination Council and related departments.

The Ministry of Education and Training and departments also prepare forces to establish inspection teams and conduct surprise inspections when there are signs of violations, according to feedback or according to the direction of leaders; prepare for situations of natural disasters, epidemics or other force majeure situations.

Organizing inspections and checks also aims to prevent, detect and handle violations and help agencies, organizations and individuals properly implement legal regulations related to exam organization; detect limitations and inadequacies in regulations related to exams to recommend solutions to state agencies.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires that inspection and examination activities be organized in accordance with regulations, flexibly, and in accordance with the actual situation, ensuring the principle of independence of inspection and examination activities, leaving no gaps, and not being passive. The organization of inspection and examination teams must be scientific , appropriate, and not overlap in inspection and examination activities./.
