Accordingly, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to establish Councils to select candidates for training and internship, to develop in-depth a scientific research direction abroad in 2025 in the fields of: Music, Fine Arts, Theater, Cinema, Dance, Culture according to Project 1437 "Training and fostering cultural and artistic human resources abroad until 2030" approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1437/QD-TTg dated July 19, 2016 and Decision No. 1240/QD-TTg dated September 25, 2018.
Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issues Plan to select and send candidates for training and development abroad in 2025
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ta Quang Dong - Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism as Chairman and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Ha Viet - Director of Department of Science, Technology, Training and Environment, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Councils.
The Council has the following duties and powers: To properly implement the provisions of the Regulations on Management of Training and Fostering of Cultural and Artistic Human Resources Abroad with the State Budget according to Decision No. 1437/QD-TTg dated July 19, 2016 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Training and Fostering Cultural and Artistic Human Resources Abroad to 2030" (Decision No. 3537/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 30, 2021);
Review and select candidates for the 2025 recruitment year to ensure publicity, transparency, correct recruitment targets and selection criteria according to regulations.
Submit to the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism for consideration and approval of the list of candidates selected to be sent for training and development abroad under the Project "Training and development of cultural and artistic human resources abroad until 2030" approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1437/QD-TTg dated July 19, 2016.
Responsible to the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism for the results of candidate selection.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Council shall dissolve itself upon completion of its tasks./.
