The Chairman of the City People's Committee has just signed and issued Decision No. 1178/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Market Management Department.

According to the above decision, the Da Nang City Market Management Department was established on the basis of merging the Da Nang Market Management Department and the Quang Nam Province Market Management Department. The unit is subject to the direction and management of the Department of Industry and Trade in terms of organization, staffing and work; at the same time, it is subject to the direction, guidance and inspection of the expertise and profession of relevant agencies and units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The Department of Construction drafts the Regulation on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure and submits it to the City People's Committee for consideration and decision to promulgate according to regulations.

Carry out the appointment of leaders of the Market Management Department of Da Nang City; direct, guide, monitor and inspect the implementation of the labor structure and number of deputies of the department in accordance with regulations.
