New Market Management Sub-Department of Da Nang City established.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of the city has just signed Decision No. 1178/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Market Management Sub-Department.

According to the decision, the Da Nang City Market Management Department was established by merging the Da Nang Market Management Department and the Quang Nam Provincial Market Management Department. The unit operates under the direction and management of the Department of Industry and Trade regarding organization, staffing, and operations; and also complies with the direction, guidance, and professional and technical inspection of relevant agencies and units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade .

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City assigned the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and direct the handover and acceptance of labor, finance, assets, facilities, equipment, operating vehicles, and related documents between the merged units; ensuring that the handover and acceptance are completed in accordance with the time when the Da Nang City Market Management Sub-Department officially begins operations...

The Department of Construction drafted regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure for submission to the City People's Committee for consideration and decision on promulgation in accordance with regulations.

To carry out the appointment of leaders of the Da Nang City Market Management Sub-Department; to direct, guide, monitor, and inspect the implementation of the labor structure and the number of deputy heads of the sub-department in accordance with regulations.
