(CT) - The Social Insurance (SI) of region XXX has just established a permanent Working Group to directly receive, guide, and resolve difficulties and problems arising in the process of reorganizing the apparatus and implementing the 2-level local government model (referred to as the Working Group).

The Working Group is headed by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan, Director of Social Insurance of Region XXX. The Deputy Heads of the Working Group are the Deputy Directors of Social Insurance of Region XXX; the members of the Working Group are the heads of functional departments; Social Insurance Directors of districts, towns, cities and equivalents of Social Insurance of Region XXX.

The Working Group is responsible for receiving, guiding, and resolving difficulties, problems, and issues arising, as well as the contents, proposals, and recommendations reflected by agencies and units in the process of reorganizing the apparatus and implementing the 2-level local government model under the management of the Social Insurance of Region XXX.

At the same time, the Working Group is responsible for guiding the Social Insurance of districts, towns, and cities to closely follow the new commune and ward areas; evaluate public administrative locations that generate many records and situations that need to be handled and resolved to develop a plan to assign and promptly resolve situations that arise during the performance of tasks.

Along with the activities of the Working Group, the Director of Social Insurance in Region XXX also directed Social Insurance in districts, towns, and cities to continue to organize the implementation of social insurance and health insurance regimes and policies; manage the collection and expenditure of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance in 103 communes and wards under the management of the district-level Social Insurance before the implementation of the 2-level local government organization model to ensure smoothness and efficiency.
