Previously, at the conference summarizing the work of civil and administrative enforcement in the first six months of 2026, held on the afternoon of April 9th, the Head of the Civil Enforcement Department of Lam Dong Province, Dang Dinh Quyen, proposed that the higher authorities continue to pay attention to personnel work and the recruitment of civil servants in special areas such as Lam Dong Province.
Specifically, after the administrative reorganization, Lam Dong has the largest area in the country, and transportation remains challenging. Lam Dong's Enforcement Department has 17 zones, with a very large number of cases to be enforced, but a shortage of staff. Despite these difficulties, with collective efforts, in the first six months of 2026, Lam Dong's Enforcement Department exceeded its assigned targets for both cases and funds.
