Ms. Hoang Thao (Bao An ward) confided that because her house already has an air conditioner in the bedroom, she chose to buy a steam fan to place in the living room on hot days like today. According to her, this is a cost-saving solution for those with "tight" finances while still ensuring cool air and being able to move flexibly in the house. In addition, the price has also dropped sharply, so she decided to buy one to use in the living room.

Most of the agents, stores, and supermarkets selling refrigeration products in the province are "racing" to launch many forms of promotions such as discounts from 20-40% and many valuable gifts to stimulate consumption.
