Duy Tien Town trains in professional skills for receiving citizens and handling complaints

On the afternoon of October 30, the Provincial Inspectorate coordinated with the People's Committee of Duy Tien town to organize a training conference to improve skills in receiving citizens, handling petitions and resolving complaints and denunciations (KNTC) in 2024. Attending the training were leaders, officials, and civil servants at the district and commune levels directly involved in receiving citizens, handling petitions and resolving KNTC.

At the conference, delegates listened to the Provincial Inspectorate's reporter convey the content of 3 topics: Procedures for receiving citizens, handling complaints, petitions, and feedback according to the provisions of Circular No. 04/2021/TT-TTCP dated October 1, 2021; Circular No. 05/2021/TT-TTCP dated October 1, 2021 of the Government Inspectorate . Procedures for handling complaints according to the provisions of the 2011 Law on Complaints; Decree No. 124/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Complaints. Procedures for handling denunciations according to the provisions of the 2018 Law on Denunciations; Decree No. 31/2019/ND-CP dated April 10, 2019 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Denunciation.

Also at the conference, delegates exchanged, discussed, analyzed, and resolved a number of situations arising in the work of receiving citizens, handling petitions, and resolving complaints.

The training conference aims to help officials and civil servants who receive, process and resolve complaints, petitions and feedback from citizens to update and unify legal regulations, procedures and skills in receiving citizens, processing complaints and resolving complaints. Enhance the sense of responsibility and public ethics, contribute to protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, and limit complaints and feedback from going beyond the level of authority and being prolonged.
