Thien An shared a letter in the middle of the lawsuit with Jack, admitting that both were at fault, wanting to end the argument to protect their daughter Sol and hoping that Jack would fulfill his role as a father.

Thien An posted a heartfelt letter at noon on June 5 with the title "Written for Jack, for Sol and for me" expressing her exhaustion. She wrote: "It's been 4 years Jack, I don't want to endure this life anymore. And I know you don't either."

The letter begins with Thien An telling about a conversation with a friend. When asked why they were doing all this, she couldn't answer and cried.

"I just want to apologize to myself, to Sol and to you. Jack, I did wrong too" - Thien An confided and frankly admitted that bringing private stories to the public was a mistake.

She expressed her concern when her daughter asked her questions that hurt her and wanted to escape the negative spiral. "I want to stop all this, Jack. I need to live a new life, I want my child and me to escape the negative things." What she wanted most was for her daughter to understand that she was born from love.

Regarding Jack's lawsuit, Thien An showed an evasive attitude: "The lawsuit, the trial, the request for DNA testing... If you think those things are necessary, you can continue to proceed. My lawyer and I are ready to participate in all trials with full responsibility. I am not afraid and I do not evade."

Thien An's letter was shared in the context of the tense lawsuit between Jack (Trinh Tran Phuong Tuan) and her.

After Thien An published the long letter, Jack's side had an official response on Fanpage, affirming that there would be no further response other than continuing to wait for the official conclusion from the competent authorities.

At the same time, Jack also emphasized that over the past 5 years, he has never denied responsibility to anyone, showing a consistent attitude in facing personal problems. He also recalled that his mother - Mrs. Cam Loan - had to endure similar heavy insinuations in the past.

On May 26, Jack's management company - J97 Entertainment issued a press release, announcing that it had filed a lawsuit against Thien An for posting articles on January 19 and January 20, 2025 on social media, which were considered "untrue, defamatory and causing mental harm" to Jack. The content of Thien An's articles related to her pregnancy and implied an irresponsible male singer, causing public misunderstanding about Jack.

On May 28, 2025, through the representative law firm, Thien An responded, affirming that she had not received any documents from the court regarding the lawsuit and would cooperate with the authorities to protect her and her daughter's rights. Thien An denied the accusation of preventing Jack from seeing his child, stating that Jack had never directly contacted to visit Sol and refused to include his name on the child's birth certificate, nor did he conduct a DNA test.

On May 29, 2025, J97 Entertainment announced that the People's Court of Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province accepted Jack's lawsuit against Thien An with two main requests: to identify TNYĐ. (Sol) - Jack's child and to request that Thien An not prevent Jack from exercising his responsibilities as a father, including the right to visit and raise the child.
