On the evening of August 8, in Hanoi , the Central Council of the Young Pioneers opened the 2025 National Children's Arts Festival, celebrating the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day September 2.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the festival, Deputy Head of the Central Youth Union's Youth Affairs Department, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Council of Young Pioneers Le Hai Long, said: The 2025 National Children's Arts Festival will take place over 3 days, from August 8 to 10, with the participation of more than 1,000 children from all over the country.
The festival is not only a colorful cultural and artistic playground, but also a special spiritual space for children to express their gratitude to the heroic past, demonstrate their love for their homeland and ignite their aspirations to contribute to the future.

With the theme “Vietnamese children growing up with the country”, each art performance at the Festival is a song full of love, a harmony of tradition and future, of the spirit of “When drinking water, remember its source” and a firm belief in a renewed, civilized and integrated Vietnam. Through art, children learn to love history, preserve national cultural identity and foster sacred feelings for the Party, Uncle Ho and the beloved Fatherland.
The Standing Vice President of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers hopes that through this Festival, each child will love the Fatherland more, understand more about the national cultural values, nurture their dreams and cultivate their talents, contributing to building a strong Vietnam in 2045. He wishes the children to always be good, study well, practice well, become good team members, good children of Uncle Ho, worthy of being the steadfast successor generation of a heroic nation.

At the festival, 27 unique art programs from 23 provinces and cities were elaborately organized, with emotional themes, such as: Proud of the Dragon and Fairy's Descendants, I am the young shoot of the Party, I love the Vietnamese Fatherland, Singing in the new era, Proud of a strip of mountains and rivers, Vietnamese children follow Uncle Ho's words, Vietnamese children grow up with the country...
The 2025 National Children's Arts Festival is not only an art performance, but also a vivid lesson about history, culture and national traditions - where children can experience and be educated through music and emotions. Through that, they will develop a love for their homeland, a spirit of solidarity, a sense of responsibility to the community and a desire to contribute to the country.
