On July 10, Quang Ninh Provincial Police said that at the conference to review the work of the first 6 months of the year and deploy key tasks for the last 6 months of 2023 of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, authorized by the leaders of the Party and State, Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Van Tuyen awarded the First Class Military Exploit Medal to Major General Dinh Van Noi, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police.

The leaders of the Ministry of Public Security also awarded the Government's emulation flag to the Investigation Security Department, and awarded the title of emulation soldier of the entire force to 8 individuals of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police. The leaders of Quang Ninh Province awarded the Prime Minister 's Certificate of Merit to individuals with outstanding achievements.

According to the report at the conference, in the first 6 months of the year, the police of units and localities in Quang Ninh province have focused on fighting and reducing crimes and violations of security and order laws, thoroughly resolving conditions that give rise to crimes at the grassroots level.

The overall investigation and discovery rate reached 83.7% (236/282 cases, 595 perpetrators were clarified). Of which, the investigation and discovery of very serious cases or more reached 100% (26/26 cases, 33 perpetrators were clarified).
