Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam was driving a car while drunk, driving in the wrong lane, causing a traffic collision, and behaving in a manner that lacked culture and ethical standards, threatening others in a public place on May 17, 2023.
Due to the above violations, on May 22, the Ha Long City Party Committee's Inspection Committee issued a disciplinary warning to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam.
