The focus is: Rearranging all offices and executive boards in 63 provinces, cities and island districts national into 34 executive boards corresponding to 34 new provinces and cities; units and branches of Mai Linh Group nationally streamline the executive board, drastically reduce the indirect apparatus. Thereby, helping to save billions of VND each month in office operating costs, renting premises and paying salaries to indirect workers. Our business community expects that the new administrative apparatus after the merger and streamlining will have many breakthroughs and significant innovations, especially in administrative procedure reform; agencies and staff, civil servants and public employees will be decentralized and assigned clear tasks, without overlapping functions and tasks leading to "many monks but no one closes the temple"; there will be mechanisms and promote the application of modern digital technology to handle work quickly, scientifically and reasonably to ensure effectiveness - efficiency - professionalism in serving people and businesses.
