On June 7, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee held an online conference for the whole province to announce the results of the 9th Conference of the 13th Central Committee and disseminate and deploy documents on Party building work. Comrade Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the conference. Attending the Provincial Party Committee bridge were comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Party Executive Committee, Party Delegation, departments, branches, sectors, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the province.

The Provincial Party Secretary quickly reported on the results of the 9th Central Conference, 13th tenure, especially emphasizing the results of implementing the goals and tasks stated in the Political Report Outline, Report on the results of 5 years of implementing the 10-year strategy (2021-2030). Over the past 5 years, in the context of many unfavorable developments in the world, region and country, posing many challenges for the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people... However, under the wise leadership of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat; the creative and flexible direction and management of the Government and the central ministries, departments and branches; With the determination and drastic measures of local Party committees and authorities, our country has achieved important results in all fields, especially in implementing macroeconomic and strategic goals, in controlling the Covid-19 pandemic and drastically and effectively implementing the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program...; the political situation is stable, national defense and security are maintained, our country's position and prestige continue to be maintained and enhanced in the international arena.
The conference thoroughly grasped and implemented documents of the Politburo and the Secretariat on Party building work: Regulation No. 142-QD/TW, dated April 23, 2024 of the Politburo on piloting the delegation of power and responsibility to leaders in personnel work; Decision No. 143-QD/TW, dated May 3, 2024 of the Central Party Secretariat on promulgating the model working regulations of district-level Party committees; Regulation No. 145-QD/TW, dated May 10, 2024 of the Politburo on the training and updating of knowledge and skills for leaders and managers at all levels; Regulation No. 146-QD/TW, dated May 14, 2024 of the Central Party Secretariat on the functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure, and working relationships of the Party delegation and the provincial Party executive committee; Decision No. 147-QD/TW dated May 14, 2024 of the Secretariat on promulgating the model working regulations of grassroots Party Committees in State-owned enterprises; Regulation No. 148-QD/TW dated May 23, 2024 of the Politburo on the authority of the head to temporarily suspend subordinate officials from work when necessary or when there are signs of serious violations of Party regulations and State laws; Regulation No. 162-QD/TW dated May 29, 2024 of the Secretariat on the functions, tasks, and working relationships of grassroots Party Committees and Party cells of mass organizations.
Concluding the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary suggested: Party committees at all levels and cadres and party members in the entire provincial Party Committee, especially leaders, need to carefully study and grasp the contents of the results of the 9th Central Conference, 13th tenure, focusing on grasping the assessments of the Central Committee in the Political Report Outline, Report on the results of 5 years of implementing the 10-year strategy (2021-2030). Strengthen leadership and direction to promote the dissemination of the results of the Conference's contents to all party members in party cells, party committees and propaganda among the people; the results of macroeconomic implementation and strategic goals; the control of the Covid-19 pandemic and the drastic and effective implementation of the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program, as stated by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong "Our country has never had such a foundation, potential, position and international prestige as it does today". Thereby creating unity in perception and action within the Party, consensus in society; promoting the spirit of solidarity, unity in effectively implementing the Resolutions and Conclusions of the 9th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. Party committees at all levels, authorities, cadres and Party members promote the results achieved after more than 3 years of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of Party Congresses at all levels; synchronously and creatively deploy solutions for socio-economic development, strategic breakthroughs, effectively implement programs, projects, plans for socio-economic development, national defense and security and Party building, building the political system; strive to successfully implement the goals and political tasks for the 5 years 2021-2025 set forth by the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at local and grassroots levels and the Resolution of the 17th Hoa Binh Provincial Party Congress, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress of the Party.
Regarding new documents, to ensure consistent implementation of the Politburo and Secretariat's Regulations, Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, and leadership collectives, especially heads of agencies, units, and localities, are requested to be responsible for leading, directing, thoroughly disseminating, and implementing in practice, ensuring compliance with regulations and synchronization from the province to the grassroots level...
