Revoke the petroleum distribution certificate of Lien Ket Company.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has issued a decision to revoke the Certificate of Eligibility to act as a petroleum distribution trader for Lien Ket Trading and Transportation Joint Stock Company.

According to Decision No. 3730/QD-BCT, the Ministry of Industry and Trade revoked the Certificate of Eligibility to act as a petroleum distribution trader for Lien Ket Trading and Transport Joint Stock Company.

The decision was issued based on current decrees and legal documents; pursuant to Certificate of Eligibility to be a petroleum distribution trader No. 399-TNPP/QD-BCT issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on February 2, 2021, valid until February 2, 2026. At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Trade considered the request of Lien Ket Trading and Transport Joint Stock Company in Document No. 01/11/2025 dated November 24, 2025, regarding the request to cease being a petroleum distribution trader and return the Certificate of Eligibility.

Lien Ket Trading and Transportation Joint Stock Company holds Business Registration Certificate No. 3500658610, issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (now the Department of Finance of Ho Chi Minh City), initially registered on November 10, 2003, and amended for the 21st time on March 22, 2023.

Certificate of eligibility to act as a petroleum distribution trader No. 399-TNPP/QD-BCT, issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on February 2, 2021, with a validity period until February 2, 2026, is now officially revoked according to the aforementioned decision.

The decision takes effect from December 24, 2025.
