The highest is Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Ba Sang, whose income at the company last year was nearly 2.3 billion VND, 4 times higher than in 2023.
Correspondingly, Mr. Nguyen Ba Sang's income at An Gia is more than 190 million VND per month. An Gia's Chief Accountant, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chau, has an income that increased from more than 1 billion VND in 2023 to more than 1.25 billion VND in 2024; Deputy General Director Nguyen Mai Giang also received nearly 1.24 billion VND, higher than the amount of 954 million VND in 2023... The total income and remuneration in 2024 that An Gia paid to the Board of Directors and the Board of Management was nearly 7.3 billion VND, an increase of nearly 2 billion VND compared to 2023.

Another real estate company, Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company (Dat Xanh Group - stock code DXG), also recorded a significant increase in the income of its leaders. Dat Xanh's financial report for the fourth quarter of 2024 did not specify the remuneration paid to the board of directors, but only reported that in 2024, the General Director was paid more than VND 4.1 billion for the whole year, nearly VND 1.5 billion higher than in 2023. Thus, General Director Bui Ngoc Duc received a salary of more than VND 340 million/month. Meanwhile, the total salary fund paid to other managers at Dat Xanh decreased significantly, from more than VND 9.87 billion in 2023 to VND 6.12 billion.
At Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code NLG), the person with the highest income last year was General Director Lucas Ignatius Loh jen Yuh with nearly 12 billion VND, equivalent to 1 billion VND/month. Ranked second is Mr. Van Viet Son - CEO of Nam Long Land (resigned in September 2024) with an income of more than 6.3 billion VND. Next is Mr. Nguyen Huy Duc - CFO (resigned in September 2024) with an income of more than 5.5 billion VND... Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Xuan Quang was paid 4.6 billion VND. The total income of the Board of Directors at Nam Long last year increased sharply to more than 38.6 billion VND, nearly 6 billion VND higher than in 2023. Meanwhile, the remuneration of the Board of Directors remained unchanged at 17.6 billion VND.
Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (stock code PDR), the salary fund for the company's senior leaders in the fourth quarter of 2024 is more than 6.3 billion VND. The person with the highest income in the company is General Director Bui Quang Anh Vu with nearly 2 billion VND, equivalent to more than 600 million VND/month, an increase of nearly 500 million VND compared to the fourth quarter of 2023. Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Van Dat in the fourth quarter of 2024 received a salary of nearly 1.1 billion VND, equivalent to nearly 300 million VND/month... In the whole year of 2024, General Director Bui Quang Anh Vu was paid an income of nearly 6.2 billion VND, equivalent to nearly 520 million VND/month and Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Van Dat received more than 2.55 billion VND, equivalent to 1 million VND/month.
Some leaders of Nova Real Estate Investment Group Corporation ( Novaland - stock code NVL) also received a salary increase. Specifically, Chairman of the Board of Directors Bui Thanh Nhon received a salary of 1.2 billion VND, an increase of 100 million VND compared to 2023, equivalent to 100 million VND/month. Meanwhile, Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow - former CEO of Novaland (resigned from November 1, 2024) received a salary increase of 4.3 billion VND, 1 billion VND higher than in 2023. Equivalent to each month, the former CEO of Novaland received nearly 360 million VND.
