The Prime Minister appoints the Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed a decision to transfer and appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Provincial Agencies in Nghe An province, to the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

New Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Thi Kim Chi

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi was born on November 2, 1971, in Thanh Ngoc Commune, Thanh Chuong District, Nghe An Province. She holds a university degree in Literature Education. She previously served as the Secretary of the Cua Lo Town Party Committee, Nghe An Province.

The new Deputy Minister, Nguyen Thi Kim Chi, has over 30 years of experience, having risen through the ranks from a teacher at Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted in Nghe An province, with 17 years of teaching experience, including 5 years as Deputy Principal of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted; 10 years as an administrator at the Nghe An Department of Education and Training, along with many other positions.

Having held various positions and roles within the Party, government, and People's Council, the new Deputy Minister expressed his honor and good fortune in having had many opportunities to train, strive, and grow.
