Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed a decision to transfer and appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agencies of Nghe An province, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi was born on November 2, 1971, her hometown is Thanh Ngoc Commune, Thanh Chuong District, Nghe An Province, she has a university degree, majoring in Literature Pedagogy. She was once the Secretary of the Cua Lo Town Party Committee, Nghe An Province.

New Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Kim Chi has more than 30 years of working experience, having grown up as a teacher at Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, Nghe An, and has 17 years standing on the podium, including 5 years as Vice Principal of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted; 10 years as a manager of the Nghe An Department of Education and Training, along with many other positions.

Having held many positions and titles in the Party, government, and People's Council, the new Deputy Minister expressed his honor and luck in having many conditions and opportunities for himself to practice, strive, and mature.
