Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Directive No. 03/CT-TTg dated February 4, 2025 urging the implementation of key tasks after the Lunar New Year holiday.
In particular, the Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with agencies and localities to focus on implementing the National Target Program on Cultural Development for the 2025-2035 period from 2025 in accordance with the conclusion of the Central Executive Committee.

The Prime Minister also requested the Ministry to carry out the following contents:
Strengthen propaganda, mobilization, raise awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors, people and tourists in implementing regulations on festival organization, do not organize festivals indiscriminately, causing waste;
Strengthen inspection, examination and supervision of festival organization, promptly detect, prevent and strictly handle violations, especially acts of taking advantage of relics, festivals and beliefs for personal gain, superstitious activities and gambling;
Direct and guide tourism service businesses to implement measures to ensure safety for tourists and residents; publicly post and sell services at the correct price;
Prepare and successfully organize the Opening Ceremony of National Tourism Year - Hue 2025.
