Provincial Library: Summary and awarding of competitions

The Provincial Library has just organized a summary and award ceremony for the 2nd Family Reading Contest in 2023 with the theme "Family reading fosters knowledge" and competitions in the series of activities "Week of responding to lifelong learning" in 2023.

After more than 4 months of launching the Family Reading Contest, 55 entries have been received from families in the province. Each entry consists of 2 parts: Photos and articles, in which they share memories and profound moments of the family with reading as well as feelings about an author or work that left an impression. As a result, the Organizing Committee of the contest awarded 1 first prize; 2 second prizes, 4 third prizes; 8 consolation prizes; 1 prize for the most voted article and 1 prize for the most beautiful and impressive family reading photo.

At the same time, the Provincial Library awarded prizes to individuals and groups that won high prizes in the competitions in the series of activities "Lifelong Learning Response Week" in 2023, including: Writing contest to introduce books on the theme "Books - innovation, awareness in the digital age"; online contest with the theme "Experience with books".

On this occasion, the Provincial Library coordinated with the Provincial Women's Union to organize a thematic talk on the emulation movement "Building Vietnamese women in the new era".
