The ward leaders emphasized that building a friendly and safe tourism image is not only the responsibility of the government but also requires the cooperation and joint efforts of each business household. Each business establishment needs to focus on service quality, ensuring the rights of tourists, and creating a positive impression on locals and visitors when they come to visit and experience the locality.

During the discussion, many business owners frankly reflected on existing problems such as household waste, pets roaming freely, and sidewalk encroachment in some residential areas, affecting urban aesthetics and tourism activities. Some opinions also suggested creating more favorable conditions for picking up and dropping off passengers on Hai Ba Trung pedestrian street on weekends to serve the sightseeing and shopping needs of tourists. In addition, business owners also requested the local authorities to strengthen support in ensuring information security and safety in business registration activities, especially in the context of increasingly complex forms of online fraud and information impersonation.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Truong Dinh Hanh affirmed that the local government will always support and create favorable conditions for businesses to operate in accordance with the law, contributing to the development of the local economy and building a civilized and modern tourism environment. At the same time, the ward leaders hoped that businesses along the Hai Ba Trung pedestrian street and the Nhu Y river area would continue to promote solidarity and cooperation, strictly adhere to public price listing, ensure food safety and hygiene, and improve service quality to attract tourists.
