Our Party and State pay great attention to the work of people with disabilities. The National Assembly has promulgated the Law on People with Disabilities, the Prime Minister and ministries have built a comprehensive and complete system of policies and laws on people with disabilities to promote equal opportunities for people with disabilities in exercising their political , economic, cultural and social rights.
