At the meeting, the assignment of comrades expected to be Party Secretaries of new communes and wards (after the merger) was announced to perform a number of tasks related to personnel preparation and documents for commune-level congresses in Official Dispatch No. 1328-CV/TU, dated May 30, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

In response to practical requirements and important political tasks, speaking at the meeting, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee requested that in the spirit of urgency, seriousness, and high responsibility, localities quickly complete the required work contents to conclude district-level activities and deploy commune-level activities within the time and roadmap in accordance with the direction of the Central Government.
Completing the preparatory steps to end the district level is not only an administrative requirement but also a key political task to perfect the apparatus and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management from the grassroots level.

The Provincial Party Secretary suggested that after this meeting, localities should urgently and quickly continue to prepare carefully, thoroughly, closely, and specifically plan the arrangement of civil servants, documents, headquarters, and working conditions of new communes and wards (after the merger), and officially report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee next week.
The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that after the district level is completed, the commune-level apparatus must immediately operate stably and effectively, ensuring that all administrative activities, receiving and processing documents for people take place smoothly and without interruption.
