Digital school building platform

Along with the digital transformation of the education sector, many schools are proactively implementing smart attendance systems using facial recognition technology. Notable examples include Ngan Dua High School in Hong Dan Commune and Vo Van Kiet High School in Phuoc Long Commune. Compared to traditional attendance methods, VnFace saves time, reduces errors, and limits instances of proxy attendance. As a result, teachers have more time to focus on teaching, while students develop a greater sense of self-discipline and punctuality in arriving at school.

Nguyen Ngoc Tran, a student in class 12A1 at Ngan Dua High School in Hong Dan Commune, said: “We find this to be a very convenient and modern tool. The system saves time in taking attendance and also helps parents monitor their children's academic progress, thereby enabling better cooperation with the school in management and supervision.”

Nguyen Ngoc Xuyen, a student in class 10A6 at Vo Van Kiet High School in Phuoc Long commune, excitedly shared: “Facial recognition technology is very convenient, modern, and professional. The system can send notifications to parents' phones to let them know that their children have arrived at school. When students line up neatly for attendance, the school grounds look nicer and more orderly.”

Beyond simply tracking attendance, VnFace integrates various features such as attendance statistics, sending notifications to parents when students are late or absent, and strengthening the connection between families and schools. This leads to more scientific , transparent, and effective student management. The application of VnFace in schools also represents a significant step forward in building smart schools, aligning with modern educational trends. However, for the system to be effective, schools need to focus on investing in infrastructure, ensuring data security, and guiding teachers and students on proper usage.
