According to information from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front , as of 5:00 p.m. on September 18, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee's account received a total of VND1,432 billion.

Up to now, after two allocations, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee has transferred funding to support localities to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3 to 26 provinces and cities with a total amount of 1,035 billion VND. Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Hoang Cong Thuy said that immediately after receiving the allocated resources from the Central Relief Mobilization Committee, based on the actual situation in the area, the Relief Mobilization Committees of provinces and cities will work with localities to promptly allocate resources to help people overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives. At the same time, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee will organize delegations to monitor the allocation of resources in localities receiving support. Also today, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front publicly announced the list of collectives and individuals donating cash to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 at the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on September 18. According to this list, there are 27 collectives and individuals donating cash.
