Over the past period, the police forces of local units have closely followed the assigned tasks according to the 2024 operational plan of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation of the Ministry of Public Security , especially the key tasks in implementing Project 06 and online public services; basically completing the legal framework, focusing on restructuring administrative procedures, reducing procedures and paperwork to serve the provision of online public services. The information technology infrastructure of the Ministry of Public Security has been gradually improved in accordance with regulations.

The Tuyen Quang Provincial Police have actively promoted digital transformation, notably by effectively fulfilling their role as the standing body in organizing and implementing Project 06; coordinating with relevant departments, agencies, and the People's Committees of districts and cities to collect applications for chip-embedded citizen identification cards and identity cards, along with collecting applications for electronic identification accounts; deploying solutions for applying digital signatures and specialized information security solutions… to promote digital transformation in the province.

From July 1st to September 15th alone, the police force throughout the province disseminated information, provided guidance, and received nearly 130,000 applications for identity cards; successfully activated over 535,000 electronic identification accounts; and cleaned up population data to ensure it is "accurate, complete, clean, and relevant"...

Concluding the conference, Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang requested that units under the Ministry and local police forces make even greater efforts and show higher determination, emphasizing the role of unit leaders; setting an example and taking the lead in implementing digital transformation tasks.

At the same time, focus on reviewing and evaluating all aspects of the work, assessing difficulties and obstacles in order to focus on resolving them, and resolutely accelerate the progress of completing the shared database and building the national data center.

The entire force proactively performs its duties well in ensuring information security and safety, and focuses resources on successfully implementing tasks related to digital transformation and Project 06 within the People's Public Security force.
