On May 29, at the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House, 10 excellent teams including the following Emulation Blocks: 1, 3, 5, 8, 12, 15, 16, 17, 22 and Emulation Cluster 2 competed in the final round of the Propaganda Contest on Patriotic Emulation Movements and Advanced Typical Examples. As a result, the skit "Silent Flowers" helped Emulation Block 8 win first prize in the contest.

Accordingly, Emulation Block 8 includes the following units: Ho Chi Minh City Police, Ho Chi Minh City Command, Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard, Ho Chi Minh City People's Court, Ho Chi Minh City Judgment Enforcement Team and Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy.
The second prize went to Competition Group 3 with the skit “Competition to protect the environment, protect our lives”. The two third prizes went to Competition Groups 12 and 22. The Organizing Committee also announced six consolation prizes for the remaining six teams in the final round, including: Competition Group 2, Competition Groups: 17, 1, 5, 15 and 16.

The organizing committee also announced 5 additional awards: Best performance, team with the best propaganda performance, team with the most impressive introduction, team with the most creative introduction, team with the most enthusiastic and impressive fans for the competing teams.

The 10 teams selected for the final round are the best teams among the 26 Clusters and Competition Blocks participating in this competition. In the final round, the teams demonstrated their full potential through performing arts; introducing the functions and tasks of each member in the Cluster and Competition Block and performing skits.

According to the comments of Meritorious Artist, Director Le Nguyen Dat, in the final round, there were teams that performed better, more distinctively, and conveyed gratitude, but there were also teams that were less explosive than in the qualifying round. The teams brought to the judges, organizers and fans positive energy, the emotions that the teams brought to the competition to convey to each other the spirit of patriotic emulation in the most direct way. In particular, the organizers highly appreciated the thorough investment and elaborate training of the teams.

In her closing speech, Ms. Ngo Thi Hoang Cac, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest, highly appreciated and acknowledged the sense of responsibility of the contest team. Although this was the first time Ho Chi Minh City organized a contest to promote the patriotic emulation movement and typical examples, the teams invested and enthusiastically responded to participate.

According to Ms. Ngo Thi Hoang Cac, each team has its own color, reflecting typical advanced examples in the emulation movement at each agency, unit, and locality. From there, together we paint a vibrant picture, recording the outstanding results of the patriotic emulation movement, good models, good practices, typical advanced and outstanding collectives and individuals of Ho Chi Minh City in the past time.

It is expected that the organizing committee will award prizes to the teams on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Uncle Ho's call for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948 - June 11, 2023).
