In Vietnam, Apple CEO Tim Cook posted a picture of him meeting singers My Linh and My Anh. He also shared that he really likes egg coffee.

According to Apple's press release, CEO Tim Cook is in Vietnam for 2 days. He will meet with many content creators, programmers and have some activities related to education . Speaking after arriving in Vietnam, CEO Tim Cook said Vietnam is a vibrant and beautiful country.
He also affirmed Apple's long-term commitment to Vietnam through increased support for local suppliers, investment in education and environmental protection initiatives.
Since 2019, Apple has spent nearly VND400 trillion (US$17.8 billion) on local supply chains, more than double its annual spending in Vietnam over the same period. The company has also created more than 200,000 direct and indirect jobs.
Apple said it is expanding its training and skills development programs for workers, including the Disability Vocational Training Program and a $50 million Supplier Employee Development Fund. Of these, more than 38,000 people in Vietnam have participated in Apple’s supplier health education program.
In education, the iPhone maker supports students and teachers across the country in accessing education through Vietnamese-language resources. Last year, the company launched its online Apple Store in Vietnam.
Previously, in November 2023, Tim Cook said Apple set a record revenue in a quarter in the Vietnamese market. According to the CEO, the company's revenue skyrocketed, especially due to the impact of opening an online store in Vietnam and upgrading to a tier 2 market.
During the meeting with the Vietnamese leader, Apple CEO affirmed that Vietnam is a country in Apple's special business strategy. The company has a number of products manufactured in Vietnam such as Macbook, iPad, Apple Watch, attracting thousands of workers.
