He not only educated young people through his teachings but also through his own exemplary life—noble, approachable, simple, and dedicated to service, learning, and self-improvement throughout his life. All of this created a system of values ​​that served as long-term strategic guidance, laying the foundation for youth work in all periods of the country's development.

At the recent scientific conference themed "Promoting the Role of Vietnamese Youth in the National Renovation Process under the Light of Ho Chi Minh Thought," organized by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy and the National Political Publishing House, Can Tho Branch, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dung - Director of the Regional Political Academy II - stated that, during his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always highly valued the position and role of youth in the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation. He always encouraged and motivated youth to volunteer to go to the most difficult and arduous places, and wherever others achieved little, youth volunteered to do it well. Imbued with his thought, from its inception to the present day, in every stage of the revolution, the Party has always emphasized the role of Vietnamese youth in fulfilling the historical mission of the working class and the entire nation.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dung, after nearly 40 years of implementing the reform initiated and led by the Party, our country has achieved many important and historically significant accomplishments, especially the building of a new generation of young people who are not only moral and ethical but also knowledgeable, healthy, dynamic in thinking, and possess a spirit of innovation and creativity.

Young people are at the forefront of vibrant emulation movements, such as: youth starting businesses, youth defending the country, youth volunteering... contributing to building a stronger, more prosperous, civilized, cultured, and heroic homeland,” Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dung expressed.

According to Vo Tuan Thong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, with the spirit of "Aspiration - Pioneering - Unity - Courage - Creativity," Vietnamese youth are dedicating themselves and contributing in many fields.
