Implementing Plan No. 392-KH/TWĐTN-CTTTN, dated July 1, 2025 of the Central Youth Union Secretariat on deploying a youth volunteer team to support the operation of the 2-level local government model and provide online public services at the grassroots level, the Provincial Youth Union has directed the youth unions of 65 communes and wards in the province to organize youth volunteer teams and simultaneously launch support from July 7, 2025. Up to now, commune-level unions and affiliated unions have deployed 67 volunteer teams with more than 2,600 union members and youth participating in support at public administrative service centers. Here, union members and youth have supported local authorities in updating, cleaning, and synchronizing population data and administrative data after the merger; supporting people in using online public services; supporting people in operating on the Public Service Portal, VneID application, etc.
