At the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Vo Duy Kha listened to representatives of the Central University of Construction Youth Union and Phu Yen Ward Youth Union report on the implementation of volunteer activities in the area . At the same time, he acknowledged and praised the volunteer spirit and the works and tasks that the union members and youth have done, are doing and will do during their time stationed in the locality.

It is known that these two youth organizations have coordinated to carry out the youth project "House of Love" for Ms. Nguyen Thi Truc, a household with especially difficult circumstances residing in Quarter 4, Phu Yen Ward.
The items to be implemented include: Re-tiling the floor of the house with an area of 41 m²; repainting the entire house; replacing the purlin system, rafters, batten, doors and windows, re-roofing the house, and renovating the front yard. The total value of the project is 70 million VND.
The project not only demonstrates the spirit of volunteering for the community of young people but also demonstrates the spread of the youth volunteer movement in contributing to building a humane and compassionate society.
On this occasion, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Vo Duy Kha sent his regards, encouragement and presented gifts to the volunteer teams, encouraging the soldiers to complete the projects, tasks and targets set.
