On October 2, comrade Vu Duy Hoang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, visited and encouraged the family of comrade Phan Van Thanh, Head of the security and order protection force in Xuan Ha 1 hamlet, Thanh Cong commune, who unfortunately died while participating in the rescue of a drowning case.
